13. Automated Matching & WhatsApp Messages
Tufalla runs an automated matching system: we compare your profile (skills, industry, experience level, role type, and location) against jobs published on the platform and calculate a match score for each one. This scoring is fully automated — no one manually reviews it before it reaches you.
If you gave explicit consent — either at profile creation or by verifying your WhatsApp number for job alerts — you'll receive a scheduled digest of your best-matching jobs on WhatsApp, on a regular cadence (up to 2 messages a week). You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP to a Tufalla WhatsApp message, or by turning the setting off in your profile.
Match scores and WhatsApp send history are kept under the same retention rules as the rest of your personal data (see "8. Data Retention") and are deleted or anonymized together with your account.
